Hi Everyone,

I was going down the DIY for a while, but I have just started a new job so I decided to splash out and buy myself a second hand Brevis (also giving me the option to keep an adapter should I get a second cam with a larger thread).

I am selling a special order, one of a kind, JAG35Pro Shrigg version (seperate battery) with 5 micron GG screen, with the famous HV20ACHR1 achromat already installed. This is a Canon FD adapter, but comes with a Canon FD to Nikon F mount adapter, so you can use either or both!

Jehu made this one off about a month or so ago for me, in which time it has never been out of the house (because of the new job).

Footage-wise I am genuinely suprised at the clarity and lack of CA and barrel distortion on this special Jag35pro adapter and achromat combo. This morning I set up my HV20 with the brevis and then the jag and the footage was remarkably similar.
In my opinion the Brevis won as it lost a little less light, but it was close!

Here is a link to the footage so you can see for yourself:

(81mb .zip file for download)

(I did try to get an equal test, but the lighting changed and a car moved as it took me 5 mins to change the adapters over - also the back focus or micro culmination on the brevis wasn't completely right so the jag actually looks sharper!)

Test set-up:
Canon HV20 - 1080/25p/CineMode
Shrigg Rig
Nikon Nikkor 50mm f1.4 AI
D|Focus FF

Included in sale:
  • Jag35Pro adapter (43mm thread)
  • HV20ACHR1 achromat (installed)
  • Battery pack
  • Battery cable + 90 degree adapter
  • DC charger + UK 3 pin adapter
  • Canon FD to Nikon F mount adapter

A normal Jag35Pro with a regular achromat will cost: $345 | €245 | £210 (plus shipping fees and import taxes)

I am asking for: $450 | €320 | £270 (+ shipping £8 UK | €15 EU | $30 US). Plus I can ship straight away, something that would usually cost another $49 on the Jag35 site... I know, i paid it!

Payment method: Paypal (please add 3% for this option) or cash (if local).

PLEASE NOTE: As I am live in the UK I will be giving priority to UK buyers, then EU buyers, then buyers from the rest of the world. Sorry to be annoying, but I have little time to myself right now, so this seems like the least hassle for me.

Rumple.

p.s. I will not part out the achromat, unless there are no buyers after 2 weeks or so.

p.p.s. I am a trusted buyer and seller on this site, and on eBay. I can supply feedback from both if required.
