I'm exporting HDV videos (from my HV30) to the web in flv format at 700kbps, Deinterlaced (using Premiere CS3). The videos don't seem as crisp as I thought they would be originally. Is there some sort of downsampling method I should use for exporting my videos to flv (without making them huge)?

I'm going from 1440x1200 (1080i) way down to 360x203. Any suggestions on exporting so far down?
