Default Sex On The TV thread deleted

FYI, there are a number of reasons why I deleted that thread. Besides it being totally inappropriate for this site (no, I'm not a prude) there is the issue of your using uncredited copyrighted material without permission in your video. I see no fair use application that would permit you to do this and I doubt if the video will be on Vimeo for very long for this same reason. In the future, if you plan to use this forum to garner attention for a video with similar content, please do not use the embedding feature. Instead, simply post the Vimeo link so that viewers are taken there and not watching such content within the framework of HV20.com.

BTW, I saw nothing of any social commentary value in your video. To me, it looked like a juvenile way to get some raunchy footage in front of an audience.

In this instance, I agree — since the plagiarized content all came from a show rated TV-MA and only available on a premium cable or satellite channel (at least here in the US), any equipment capable of receiving the program is also capable of blocking it with a PIN number required for access. Or an even cheaper solution, don't subscribe to those premium channels which (again, at least in the US) are the only outlets for stronger-than-R-rated TV programming. The obvious missing character in your video is the clueless, checked-out absentee parent who's paying for Showtime but hasn't bothered to set any restrictions on the family's cable box.

Yeah, the unlicensed clips were more of a problem rather than the content. Although, even the content didn't make any sense whatsoever. There was no structure in that story.

Just some gratuitous sex, violence, nonsensical story line, uninspired acting...the usual TV fare.
