Default 1080i50 raw m2v evening boats seaside

    My first ever upload.

    http://hv20.info/yopu/evening_boats_zoom.m2v
    26 seconds, 78MB.

This is the raw m2t, demuxed with ProjectX, cut/muxed/demuxed with TMPGEnc MPEG tools, and uploaded. It'll play in VLC. I didn't include the audio.

There is almost no 1080i50 HV20 footage on the web, so I thought it would be nice to upload some.

It was taken at Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk, UK, with the sun just about to set behind me. Hand held (obviously). I think I knocked the exposure down a couple of clicks, otherwise it's as is, no special features or settings. The sunlight really was that beautiful.

    Cheers,
    David.

Nice footage. I've never seen a building like that before.

It'll be an strange world when the average webcam has the quality of the hv20 and is streamiing from all parts of the world.

Quite frightening in terms of privacy!

I thought the quality drop from HV20 to webcam was quite dramatic. An obvious statement, but it's funny what different levels of quality "we" accept as being "fit for purpose".

    David.

Nice! Good lighting, relaxing I like this kind of shots

I work exclusively in this m2t format but yes the files are big...
    I miss the audio though.

My toddler was talking at the time, so the audio wasn't relaxing at all!

No big deal, it just would have made it even better.

Yeah nearby talking would be annoying.
You have take another shot of a similar scene without annoying talk ? Or rip a small piece of audio from the internet?
