Casio Exilim Pro EX-F1? 60i HD and low res 1200fps

What do you guys think of the Casio Exilim Pro EX-F1

It's not a true SLR but I think it's got a larger sensor and a better lens than the HV series. I still have a lot of research to do on this camera but I like a lot of the footage I've seen on youtube.

Any thoughts?
