FS: DIY DOF Adapter + Rails

I love this board, lots of inspiration here. Although i do not post much...
Well I post here because I want to sell my DIY DOF Adapter with rails. I spent alot of time building and optimizing it, but now i have the 5D Mark II i dont use it anymore. So here it what I am selling:

The Adapter is roughly built after Daniel's design. I built my own GG holder out of two UV filters. The Canon EE-A is sandwiched snug between those two filters. one of them is glued into the tubes with hot glue, the other UV filter is easy accessible and removable so cleaning or replacing the groundglass is easy. The tubes are canon EF mount and the infinity focus is corrected to use the nikon adapter with a nikon lens. (corrected because those nikon adapters are not really correct, they are off by 0.5mm) So if you throw a nikon lens onto this, infinity focus is right where it should be.

With the adapter comes a Opteka achromat on a rotating filter ring.
and the step down ring for the camera is 37mm.


The lens support for the rails is my own design and the height is adjustable.
The adapter is easily secured with cable tie.

i also have an UNUSED gearbox for a DIY follow focus which i would sell for another 45$. I never managed to find some time to build the FF

Sorry to be cheeky, but that is the same gearbox as they sell at Maplins in the UK:

£17, although the shipping to the USA is more than Conrads I think.

Only difference seems to be that the Maplins gearbox does not have black bolts and screws holding it together, but regular uncoated metal.
