The Hoax On Dirty Heads

In the 3 weeks I have been roaming this forum, I have read several times over, that Canon might even ship hv20's with dirty heads.
I have never been in the assembly hall at Canon, but I am real familiair with similar high end production facilities, such as places where they assemble machines to bond gold wires to chips and places where they assemble DVD's.
For that reason I consider the above presumption as a HOAX.
Please join me in my opinion.
If not, please come up with a solid proof for such fault.

Fuji sell DSLRs with debris on the CCD so stands to reason its possible.
