Not a Crooklyn site! Prompt order processing. No upsale phone call. NO BS. Straight up bargain. They aren't so great with email confirmations with sending your cam out, but all you have to do is check the status of your order on their site. It's all there.

Only thing, its a refurb, but the one i received looks, smells, and functions brand spanking new! I love it and am very happy.

I got a cam, 10 tapes, and shipping (plus tax for me)... all for about $500. Get it!

What sucked for me was that I live in California, and it so happens this site has an office in Los Angeles, so I got nailed with a sales tax, but they shipped out of Tennessee and took like 5 days ground to get here. At least it wasn't from New York.

I'm happy with my camera. I noticed there are other threads that mention this site, seems everyone has had a really positive experience. I do recommend them. Yes, I am new, but now that I have my cam in hand, I will be posting more.

Is this legit? My HV20 went for a car ride never to return, so I need to replace it. This looks like a good price, if they are legit.

I had major problems ordering an hv20 from them. I tried three times to order, and each time I encountered a different problem. The first time they cancelled the order without telling me because my home address was different than the shipping address (college). The next time I called them and told them that the addresses were different and was informed that they would tell the credit department and ship it out right away. A week later they cancelled, and after the third order, I ended up cancelling it because they were doing similar crap again. I ordered one from Vanns for less, and it got here after two days.
