Here's my annual trip with friends to Montauk in Long Island for the fall striped bass fishing run...

I'm shooting with the HV20 (hoping it didn't get any salt mist in it but it's still working well a week later, unlike my old Canon EOS 10D which had to be sent to the factory twice after these trips to be cleaned and retuned)...

used a circular polarizer to get some real color out of the sunny clear days but it's not as evident when the sun isn't shining, of course..

I'm now using FCP and trying all sorts of new production techniques, so let me know what you think about them... transitions, etc.. just learning my way around.

IT's 12 minutes and change so be warned.. :-) I had to smash it down with Compressor to get it under 500 mb so that Vimeo would take it. It looks a little soft online, but it's a full HD video on my hard drive. :-)
