FS: Worley Adapter

I am considering upgrading to a Letus or Brevis very, very soon. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing a Static Worley Adapter w/ Opteka 10x Achromat. Canon mount is default, but I have the Nikon Adapter. It's in mint condition.

Does this adapter use Canon EE or Nikon D screens? What kind of GG holder is in there? Daniel's?
It's a Canon EE.
Which one is better?
