    Default Eliminating stutters?

Okay hear me out, i've read a lot of threads on this forum. My goal is film look, so i've been shooting in 24p. I have also been running in TV mode at 48 shutter speed. I don't like how the cinema mode loses a lot of detail.

My footage looks great, but there are some pans that have a very strange stuttering, almost as if an interlaced frame was not removed during pulldown. It gets blurry and sharp, then blurry and sharp again during pans.
I used Premiere Pro to capure and TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress to do the Pulldown. Is there something really stupid I overlooked when doing a pulldown?

    I appreciate any input. Thanks!

Upload a sample clip of a pan so we may take a look. It will help to see if there's a problem, or if it just a limitation of 24p that's been around for donkey's years.

If I remember correctly, sometimes if you pan very fast with the image stabilizer on you will get the odd stutters because the camera is trying to level it'self as your panning. Don't quote me on this though, but I'm assuming that's what is wrong. Not too sure though... I've never had that problem though, so upload your footage to vimeo so we can check it out.

If you have blurry-sharp-blurry-sharp, then maybe you did not remove pulldown properly. Load into your NLE and check the frames at 100%, this is the best way to spot problems. Always check 100% scaled frames.

Okay guys im thinking this was only a TV issue, i've looked at the frames there doesn't appear to be any interlacing going on. I've watched it on another TV and it was fine and I watched it on computer and it was fine. False alarm, i'm not sure just yet will let you know.
