I need to know more about slow motion and 60i fro the hv20. I know the hvx200 can record 60 fps, but in your video, you showed that 60i is as good.
HVX-200 only record 60P when you set the res. to 720P. At 1080i your max frame rate is 30. When you separate the fields on HV20 footage (to make 60P) you're basically doubling the fields (half the 1080i res.). So HV20 can give you true 540P at 60 fps and HVX-200, 720P. The difference is really 180 lines of resolution & with proper post production you'll get very similar results. On the other hand excellent color/compression of HVX-200 (4:2:2) makes a noticeable difference.
