    Default Sony GV-HD 700 E - a mobile HDV-videoplayer/recorder

    Sony is going to release a mobile HDV videoplayer/recorder this fall that can also act as a preview monitor (with a native 1440x1080 resolution) for video cams. Next to HDV it also supports DV and has lots of interfaces. In the screenshots i see FireWire, HDMI-out, Component-Out, S-Video In and Composite-In.

    Looks too good to be true, although a price tag of 1500€ may be too much for the amateur filmmaker.

    That looks cool... would be great if did both ntsc/pal like the dsr-11.
