I never clicked on this thread because I thought it was one million pages...but it's not....however, is this list posted in any particular order? Most likely not since the 'others' is below it all and has a tripod listed.....but can anyone tell me in their opinion in what order you would get these items if looking into short filmmaking?

This one hasn't had much attention lately, but is still quite relevant since there are a bunch of us at hv20.com that have "must-have" items available for purchase...

I thought an update would be in order since a lot of these cats from the OP are gone now- and a bunch of the links don't work anyway.

So, other that the HVFF (which I sell), what else is available? I know taky (LA color) has some great deals, and there's the guy that makes the wired remotes (sorry I'm blanking on name) but I'm sure there are some other reputable vendors...
