Default Few pics of my new HV30 setup

Just wanted to post few pics of my new HV30 with Cavision Rod Support System, Letus 35 mini, and Canon SLR lens. Everything fits and works great. Enjoy!

Nice setup, I wish I could afford that type of setup. I have that same tripod head =D

Is the follow focus a brand product or diy?
It's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

Yes, you can adjust the hight of the camera plate. Cavision Rod Support System allows you to do that.

The follow focus is a CINE follow focus. It's not DIY. Got it on ebay (India). Much cheeper then from the manufacturer. The only thing I have made myself was that crank that you can see on one photo. That's DIY part. It was made (believe it or not) out of piano parts + a small piece of wood that goes into the opening of the big wheel of follow focus.

No sample footage yet. As soon as I will produce one and post it on Vimeo I will let you know.

Thanks for checking my gear out and nice comments. I do appreciate it.

nice..heres mines..i just took hand-me down stuff from my Pop's old camcorder from the 80's. Egh, not much at all..But reason why I have it there is because i plan to purchase me a shotgun pretty soon and I'm trying to avoid the motor noise from the camera itself. So I figured this could be a start to a good set up. A bit bulky, but I can work around it. I dont know, plus I got a Sony Swivel portable dvd coming in soon, so maybe I'll make the space away from the camera a good place to mount it. oka let me shut up...
