    Default the baby arrived today

    Hi everybody

I have been reading the forum for the past few weeks and I think that it is a great resource.

I live in Northern Ireland and lately in the UK the HV20 has been out of stock.
I ordered mine from Pixmania ... they said that the dispatch date would be 17 July and the package arrived today ( 18 July ). Good service all the way from France.

    Cost : £676

    Pricey ... but with 25P ( PAL )

I can't wait to film County Down in all its lovely glory!

I really thought you has a new baby, not camcorder!

That wasn't a bad price. Cheaper than a real baby.

I got my HV20 baby about a month ago, with the real baby expected any day now.

I think there's a lot of expectant fathers on this board - relative newbies to the camcorder world who got to make an "it's for the baby" purchase of their own, while their wives are spending several times as much on baby clothes and decorating the nursery.

Default Three babies arrived 6-7 months ago

the grandchilren total has incresed to 4 ... with identical twin girls and a grandson who are babblin' and well used to being photographed with a Nikon
    D200.

But as great as the Nikon is at capturing expressions ... I need to record the Real McCoy.

Also my grand-daughter, aged 3, is perfect for starring in 1080 epics.

Wow...amazing!! You hit the jackpot. A belated congrats to you all.

That's exactly what my wife wished for before we had our first child....now two girls later (6 and 1) we are currently in negotioations for a third (please God a son) We just got to get by that issue of her looking in the mirror...then looking at me...then yelling...YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!!
