Useful infos: B&H ships to Canada, and they even offers custom fees already calculated when you review your cart, so you pay only once for what you're buying.
Since I tried it, it's a breeze ordering from B&H!

Wrong! Select the Purolater option and all charges are paid ahead of time. There will definitely be taxes and duty will be charged on certain items based on country of origin. Regardless, that will all be calculated on your order when you select Purolater and whatever you pay when you check out from B&H will be the FINAL price, no extra charges.
If you select UPS, that's when you run into trouble with extra charges.
The horror.... the horror....
And they have a potential of 34.5 million more clients. Really a smart move!![]()

A strange thing is that they sometimes sell Canadian products cheaper than available in Canada from the manufacturer (eg Shape WLB products).
That's effectively strange. Shape WLB is a company from Montréal (1hour from where I live) and it's actually a little bit overpriced for what it is. I've checked it out at our local photo store and it's not much better than anything you can find on ebay, from India or China. A shame not to support a local company you'll say? I don't know. I just don't feel comfortable to spend/invest more for something that don't do more. I think it's more about quantity than anything else, that would explain the lower prices.
That being said, except for stuff that are ridiculously overpriced everywhere else than on ebay, B&H is my favorite trusted online store.
