Usually for AE I convert my 1080i video to 720P cineform avi's but this time the 1st part of the video it was interlacing and had terrible artifacts so on the last 2 parts I converted my 1080i m2t's to cineform 1080i and there was no probs.

I re-installed AE before this test and never had or noticed this problem before. Is there a set up setting I amm missing ?
