Btw, did you watch HF100/HF10 videos on Vimeo? It takes a good picture, but once the camera moves, it looks like crap, IMHO.

I have found that using VoltaicHD (www.shedworx.com) for conversion and the importing into Premiere works resonably well.

This means that you need the recommended system for HDV editing, so about 1Gig of memory and a Dual core 2Gig should work fine.
