    Default From DVD to Vimeo

    I have a Short movie that I put on a DVD. Can I somehow put the show from the DVD on to Vimeo?

    Sure, I don't see any problems with it. There are other videos on Vimeo that are SD.

    You could re-encode the dvd video to MP4/H.264 and upload!

    With most DVD video, you can take the .vob files, copy them onto your computer and rename them with the extension .mpg/.mpeg. That should make it easier to work with in editing software.


    Not sure if there are any downfalls of working with it that way, but it worked for me.

    I used to use DVD fab if you are asking what kinds of software are available. You could also use handbrake for mac.
