If you want to shoot 24p in cinema mode which camera gives the best picture night or day or are they the same -which one has the best picture for projection. Low noise in lighted situations with the best color and ligt.

HV20 and HV30 are almost identical. PQ will be the same. PF24 both shoot the same video on both camera. Only if you want PF30, then you will need HV30 ntsc model.

Has anyone who has seen both compared the lcd in daylight? If it's a lot better, I would have actually paid a bit more to get the LCD with less glare. I noticed with nature shooting that it was hard to judge at times the quality I was getting because of the glare.

HV30's LCD screen is improved to reduce solarizing effect. It's highly viewable in day light. Besides, you can press and hold the DISP button to increse the brightness on the LCD screen temporarily

If money is not a big concern, get HV30. 30p is great!
