Friends,
Finally (whoever have read the 'buying' threads before know what I mean), HV20 was delivered to me today. I have been using different camcorders since last 8-9 years. I have to admit, I was stunned by the size of HV20. It is really compact. I captured some pics. with my Nokia 6280 cellphone quickly, which show what camcorder comes with. I hope you will find useful.
I guess, I need - MiniDV Tape, A MiniSD Card and a larger battery to start with. After it finishes initial charging, I will post my next thoughts...

You might also want to get a charger too. I got mine from ebay for $10 after shipping.

Add a microphone to that list! The on-board mics pick up every sound including drive motor noise and other unwanted noises. A battery and separate charger are a good idea.

I agree. I found a 2GB MiniSD, bought TDK miniDV tapes from Costco and now want to order extra battery and charger. I found this in other posts:

Wow, what?! that's so cheep. that's for an HV20? Is it crap?
