I didn't believe it at first, until they really disabled the upload feature. This sucks, because it's a really awesome website to upload high definition content (in fact, ANY resolution and outputs that preserved resolution), unlike YouTube. =/ I guess I'll have to explore Vimeo.

Hey thanks Eric - I noticed the other day that it had been downloaded over 10,000 times and added to the best of channel - very gratifying!
I also noticed that they re-encoded the file to a lower bitrate H.264 which looks awful compared to the original file I posted.

Well looks like Vuze will be my app of choice from now on anyway. Just dont like Vimeo at all.

EDIT: although we'd have to shut down too, if one flick would get 10000 views! :)
