tripod height?

what is a good tripod height? im looking into buying a tripod and the one i found is a the libec th-m20. but the max height is 59 in. it doesnt seem to high. what do you guys think? any other tripod suggestions in that price range?

Well you would certainly want to buy one that could get your camera up to eye level if you plan to do interviews. 59ins is rather low IMHO.
