I am shocked at the way this forum is being moderated..

What is going on here?

Just because someone asks what kind of return policy a store has, just because someone questions why a store gets a sticky that has a worse return policy than most the thread gets closed??? What a joke!

I bought from Jacks music factory it worked out for me... Just cuz someone else is concerned how it will work for them it is closed by the person who started it?? Is this person gettting special prices or consideration from the vendor from who the sticky was created?

I don't buy from Comp USA, why ?? cuz of their restocking fee, haven't bought from them in years and what happened to them??? They are bankrupt.

Seems like one of the mods is extremely touchy about a thread that, although I purchased from that retailer, probably should never have been a sticky in the first place.

People gave ten ounce a hard time when he started selling here and he has taken care of everyone including me.

But just because someone inquires about the return policy of a Sticky placed by a Mod, and his rude reaction, this is uncalled for and POOR moderation.

I like Jack's I buy from Jacks but when someone is interested in their return policy doesn't mean they are trying to scam them.. please what would happen to those people that bought HV20's with loose doors, gummy menu sticks, dirty heads, loose batteries and ...

I created the post as I found Jack has good price that benefits hv20.com member. I do not have any kick back or benefit from anything. I closed the thread for a while as it turns into a platform for another member complaining over and over.

You also acused me selling a used RODE mic here the price higher than Jack's store. My item was indeed brand new and I do not understand your intention of posting. Then you posted our private email message exchange on the forum and changed it to something else later on. You think that go unnoticed? I don't know your intention but that's really shady.

Since now I'm also being acused of getting special prices or consideration from the vendor, I think it is best for me to take down the sticky and delete the thread.

I'm moving your thread to the Tavern. Yes that's my of my duty is to moderate this forum.

By now Taky, you will have noticed, that the road of a mod is not always paved with roses. But I have a good feeling about the way you perform this task. For instance when closing a thread, you always pamper the posters feelings.
On the other end I would like to state, that if a forum enables comercial links and activities, like on this forum, you will always have problems like difference of opionion about the performance of a vendor. And you will see spammers. If you would like to avoid such issues, the only way to go is forbid comercial links and activities.

I appreciate the efforts of ALL our moderators, and they have my FULL support. Without their efforts (not for remuneration, by the way) this site would of turned to mush ages ago.

Also, just another little fact: I was made aware of the thread in question and gave my "blessing" whatever that means...
