price of DV tapes in the UK

Found a deal from Tape City;

20 Panasonic DV60 tapes & JVC head Cleaner for £25 + VAT.

It seems like a good deal to me, but should I stick with Sony/JVC since it's easier to get hold of them? Or are panasonic also prevalent?

I've used JVC tapes but I had lots of dropouts with them. Only the odd, minor drop outs with the Maxells. But I was using a JVC camcorder with the JVC tapes, and now I'm using a Canon.
