Need Stock Footage (Aerial shot of Seattle)

I am willing to pay for an aerial stock clip. What I want is a shot skimming right above the water and heading towards downtown. I don't have much cash, but I need this clip.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated. Oh, and obviously you will get a hug credit in the film I am working on for your contribution.
