Good resource on physically using tripods, steadycams, doing smooth pans, etc?

Looking for a good resource to help me improve my shooting techniques...I'm not talking about setting up shots, rather actually making the shots - doing smooth pans, using the equipment properly, etc.

I have also seen some about shooting angles and stuff. Very informative. I can't find the link. You just have to browse through their TV gallery.
