I have a new iMac, 500 GB, 2GB Ram, Intel, all that jazz, right? And I have been capturing clips for a while now using my Canon HV20 and have edited a thing or two using it.
Well today, we shot the beginning of a new film we are working on and decide this time we will edit as we shoot this thing. Good thing we decided to edit now, because we can log and capture just fine, we can edit and everything, but when we try and view our film in the Canvas to see the progress of the product, we get blackness. Sound is in-tact, everything is in-tact. We could edit a 2 hour feature here, but there is no image, which is very hampering to us.
I came to this forum because it could do with my camera's set-up, though it has not been a problem before. And considering my camera is an HV20 and I have FCP6.02, I figured someone here can help me.
Thanks,
Andrew
