The prorams that are installed in with the install disc, do I need these? Or can I just delete them?

The software is only for the transfer of the pictures if you are using a Mini SD card.
Otherwise they are ok to delete. In fact, I have never even installed them.

I don't know of many people who use the disk at all.
What are the free programs? Anything cool or junk trialware?
