im trying to render footage i recorded on a canon t3i there .MOV format i want to render the project in the same uncompressed full HD .MOV format like the original clips are can anyone help me with this im using sony vegas pro 10

You can't do that with Vegas. With Vegas and most other video editors you can only re-encode at h.264 or an intermediate codec. Some video editors can "smart render" AVCHD, but usually not the Canon MOV format. Your best bet is to use ffmpeg in the command line. Barring ffmpeg bugs, you should be able cut and put-together files without re-encoding. I know this works for mpeg2 for example. Give it a try.
