Exporting to Tape

Does anyone know how to export back to tape with the HV20? I used to do it on my old SD camera and Windows Movie Maker but Movie Maker doesn't work with HD cameras. I want to be able to edit my movies and save it back to tape or even the hard drive with out rendering and loosing quality. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

I used Adobe Premiere to export the .m2t file back to HD20.

OK I will try Adobe Premiere. I am using Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas and I can't find away to do that with either program.

I just exported a 43m project back to the camera from Vegas 7.03e without
a hitch. Faster than the 20+m project from Premiere 2x.
