I dumped my pictures for the first time. I read the HV20 manual, looked at the CD, and thought, "Hey, this is a Mac... won't it just recognize the camera and open iPhoto?" Which it did! Just like my other still cameras. I transferred the pictures and it erased the card, as requested.
For the most part, I was pretty happy with the pictures. I need to read up some more and experiment some more. This is the first camera that I've used that has a continuous shooting mode which can be pretty cool for catching the moment. I'm assuming the focus is locked in from the first image and if the subject moves, it doesn't refocus for each shot.
