I have got a brief blank frames in a clip. I dont know how to remove that set of frames. I can see them when I expand the timelines.

Which version of Vegas. There is a bug that shows black frames in some revisions of version 7 and the initial release of 8 Pro.
A way around it may be to pre-render the video, or render it to a new track.

First find the frames causing the problem. Create a split by pressing s in the keyboard. Then clicking on the edge of the problematic clip and move it to the direction to suppress that frame. (Say if the bad frame is on the right clip after splitting then click on the left side of the clip and move it to the right by the no of frames that is distorted
