What are you talking about..there are great. I've bought tons of stuff from B&H. There are VERY reputable...ask most professionals; they all recommend B&H.

A lot of photographers and cinematophers buy from them.

Have you bought from them before and had a problem? If so, love to hear the story.

No, B&H is not like all the others. I've placed many orders from them and had no problems whatsoever. (my HV20 case will be here tomorrow from B&H) They do celebrate certain non-traditional holidays and sometimes that will delay an order, but it is posted on their website when they do this.

B&H closes every Friday afternoon and is closed all day every Saturday. We also close for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and for Jewish holidays including Rosh HaShannah, Yom Kippur, Passover and some more esoteric ones like Sukkoth and Purim. Henry- we New Yorkers love B&H and remember its humble begginings- now it is a gem of a home-made superstore with a friendly and supportive staff, despite many hectic customers. Competing with bigbox giants like Circuit City has to be tough, but please tell us what kind of price-matching you folks can afford to do. For instance, as of yesterday there was an incredibly low-priced HV20 at CC, including a 10% coupon during online checkout.(see othger thread and http://mirror.longhornlive.net/omfghv20.png) Can customers get this same CC price? If not- that's ok, we understand there are limits...
