After Effects to FCP render settings?

I used after effects to do some green screen work, and I need to get it back to final cut with as little quality loss as possible. What settings do I render at in AE to do that?

Render out to an intermediate codec, AIC or ProRes. Ideally, when you rendered out for AE, you did the same thing. Just render back to the same codec and you should see no loss of quality.
