Did not watch it entirely, the structure looks thought out and probably is OK. Maybe you can streamline it a bit.
Agree with the comments already made there: it looks more like a slide show, maybe you should get some video shots instead of stills to work with.

The HV20 will be perfectly OK for your project, though ;)
