WANTED: Gear for Follow Focus

I'm having a heck of a problem finding the right cog/gear for my follow focus.

I have the one that fits around the lens, but can't find one to fix to the shaft of the gear and interlock with the one on the lens (the same as used by ForwarLooker, here (http://hv20.com/showpost.php?p=16351&postcount=23))

Does anybody have one to sell?

I've found a Lego cog that is the right pitch, but doesn't fit the gear's shaft. Phooey.

Did you have any luck finding a proper gearbox? I'm looking too.

I've got the gearbox, but the cogs were another matter. In the end I used Lego.
