Got a WINNER = Dr.T! Congrats!
I loved that movie. I think Rob Zombie did a pretty good job on the remakes. Halloween II had that look, shot on 16mm, that just added to the mood of the movie. I recommend both, unless you're not an horror movie fan.

Sorry, I didn't actually see it. I just used Wikipedia's list of films shot on 16mm, narrowed it down to those made within the last five years, ruled out all movies not shot in the 1.85 aspect ratio, finally I searched through the remaining articles for the keyword hospital. Halloween II and Babel were all that was left.

I actually saw Carpenter's Halloween for the first time this year. Although I love and cherish most of his stuff Halloween didn't really click with me. If I didn't like Carpenter's rendition do you think I would still like Zombie's?

Rob Zombie's variation is pretty good. Liked it. Malcolm McDowell did a good job as Dr. Loomis. You should at least rent it, worth watching it once.
