I've had a play with the HV20 in NTSC form, but now realise that it's pretty useless to me in the UK where I really need PAL for SD work. My other resources (PC etc) are not really upto HDV and so that will have to wait. I've listed it on ebay and would expect it to go for a bit under £400. It's had less than 1 hour of use....

But if anyone else out there is happy with NTSC for Hi-Def, then this could be an opportunity for a great camera on the cheap.
If anyone from here wins the auction, I'll throw in a Hama camera bag.
