But the footage was nice... although, as always I do have a tendency to dislike it when the blacks are gained up to become dull greys... I'm guessing this had quite some gain applied in-cam... right?

And just to test it out... do you have some footage without gain in dark environments? I've been seeing all of these gained clips so that I have almost forgotten what it could look like un-gained... I'm rendering out some footage myself containing some stuff lit with only up to three candles without gain... for pure experimental reasons...(shameless plug;))

but as far as editing and composition and the likes of that goes it's pretty neat...:)

nice low light work. Did you work with a steadicam @ all, camera work was excellent!
