Fd lens hood help!!

how can i connect a Canon XL1 Lens Hood to a FD Lens?

the hood is 72mm so you'd need the right size step up ring and probably a coupler or filter to provide an area wide enough to secure it. Mounting tape would probably be required as well.

You could also tap screw threads and screw it down.

You could just use a free hand to hold it there.

You could get some long nails and extra duct tape

You could rely on telekinesis
