The piano pic is quite weird. I was going to guess "Shutter" before I saw that one.

And I saw "Oldboy" and "Audition" recently so I knew it wasn't either of them.

I was going to guess shutter as well, I feel like I saw a remake of this movie recently with some guy who recently got a new house or something... but the piano scene threw me away from that lol, now its just straight guessing from there

We have have a winner! shponglization is correct it is Three Extremes. Guesses like Oldboy/Ichi The Killer were close because the movie is 3 short films, two of which are directed by Oldboy's Chan-wook Park and Takashi Miike, respectively. Here's the rest of the frames.

haha, i was googling movies similar to Oldboy, when you said it was close, this one one of them, i said "maybe... but who in their right mind would post a movie that is 3 short movies? thats not a real movie!" but alas, i was wrong lol
