I want to learn how to do that.

Wow. That was very impressive. Neat trick too.
But why shouldn't we play with ourselves?

I want to learn how to do that.

Easy: Vegas 7 (now 8), bezier masks and lots of time (took about 40 hours to mask off each of my selves for 90 secs of video - hence the "Too Much Time on My Hands" production moniker. :hv20-smilie45:)

That looked clean..real like. Did you use extra lighting?
Good job.

I had one 600watt NRG halogen light gelled full CTB to offset the window light as well as the overhead kitchen light which I think is a 60 watt tungsten household bulb. The mixed color temp of the tungsten and daylight worked out OK, though normally I would have gelled the kitchen light too.

Nice short(s)!

There is an interesting 'generate mask from background' I've seen in MacOS Leopard webcam software (so I'm guessing it's in Final Cut as well), and in Adobe CS3 Ultra (Windows) which might have saved you some time by not having to do any beziers. ;)

That was excellent. Having seen similar things (The Peter Serafanowich Show, BBC2 [Thursdays are funny]) I wondered how it was done. It never crosed my mind that it was masking.

That be me (and my kitchen - I'm also a photographer http://imageevent.com/24peter)

And before you ask Taky, I don't think you're my type (i.e., female) :hv20-smilie87:

Thanks Worley - it only took about 40 hours to do that 90 seconds of masking in Vegas... :hv20-smilie119: But I'll do anything for a little approval/attention. :hv20-smilie45:
