I PM'd Miguel on Oct. 22 with my cam needs and my cell phone. He called next day and completed the sale. I special requested USPS Global Express to Canada to avoid hefty brokerage charges levied by FedEX/UPS types. He shipped on Monday and it arrived yesterday. Fantastic experience! Credit where it's due.

Gotta love it..

It is nice to run across someone who goes the extra mile. It does seem like that's a rarity these days, but at the same time I think with the increase in online sales when you actually talk to someone on the phone it somehow seems more personal than it did before. Anyway, I agree.. Thanks Ten Ounce. Your customer service is top notch. :D
