Will I be ok editing hV20 footage with this PC spec?

Hi,

I just want to know if my computer will be able to handle editing HDV footage from the HV20.

Here is my spec:

CPU - P4 3.4 2mb cache Extreme edition
RAM - 2 gig
Hardisk - 400gig 7200rpm
graphics card - radeon 128mb
