I bought my HV20 from Alpha electronics last week, and I'd recommend them. Good to deal with.

I can ship pretty much anything anywhere in the world. It's all just a matter of how fast you want it and how much you're willing to pay for shipping (heavier shipments can be quite pricey). I just sent you a PM on this, but for everyone else, I haven't been able to find a reputable source for the HV20 in the PAL format. Most of the companies that I have talked to seem to be selling b-stock, refurbished, or grey market cameras and until I find a legit source I won't be offering them on the site. I am working on it though and hopefully I'll find something soon.
