are Sandisk Extreme III cards ok for the 7D ???

I have some unopened Sandisk Extreme III 8gb cards (30mb/200x read/write).

Are they ok for shooting VIDEO with the 7D (all settings)???

Are they fine for 7D raw+jpg at the fastest STILL capture rate ???

I have 3 of those Sandisk Extreme III 8gb cards, but I haven't shot a TON yet to say that they are bulletproof. So far the hour or so of footage that I have shot has shown no problems. Same goes with stills, so far so good. I only shoot RAW though.
