hey folks, i've perused the forums quite a bit, a lot of it useful, a lot of it not. after initially dreading the pull-down cinema nonsense, i realised the "pal" version does not have this issue.
up until now i have only used standard mini DV and i think i'm generally on the right track, but would some wise member please inform me of the best workflow when importing footage from the pal cinemamode from the wondeful hv20 into final cut pro 5?
a step-by-step what-settings-to-change would be ideal at each stage of the game. (during capture, project settings, timeline settings, etc...)
and a recommendation on the best export settings, for web, dvd or otherwise would be a cherry on top.
