18-135 or 28-135 kit? 7D Which one would be better for video?

I'd opt for the 18-135, since you'd be able to go for a wider angle. unless the price is alot different or something. It'd give you more flexibility. That's just me though.

What is the f stop at both ends of the zoom spectrum?
